- Neon Inc. (USA) — database hosting (where applicable)
- Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) (USA) — email delivery
These providers process your information only to provide their services to us and are contractually required to protect your information.
Cross-border transfer: Some of our service providers store data outside Canada, primarily in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in those jurisdictions. We require all service providers to maintain reasonable security safeguards consistent with Canadian privacy standards.
We do not share your information with any other third party except:

- To comply with legal process (subpoena, court order, etc.)
